types of sessions

Sessions are 45-60 minutes via Zoom or in-person in Portland, OR.

  • “Movement” is a spectrum, and it can be physically strenuous or relatively stationary. Taking my cues from you, I’ll develop a creative movement practice which we’ll do together in session.

This is space for low-key activities like forest bathing, listening to music, or drawing, and also dynamic movements like getting up and down, learning to juggle, lifting heavy things, or training for specific life events and activities.

  • Let’s talk about your relationship to movement, explore new ideas, and integrate what’s coming up for you between sessions.

This is space for things like: connecting if you aren’t yet ready to move, talking about perceived obstacles, and working through strong somatic experiences.

How does it work?

Start by booking a free initial 30-minute virtual session. This is time for us to get to know each other a little and for you to ask me questions. (I’ll ask you some too!) If we decide to move forward, we’ll talk logistics (scheduling, frequency, location, etc.). If we’re not a fit, I can still help you determine your next step.

  • Most people prefer to meet regularly 1-2x/week for a minimum of 3 months, though if our work is supplementing other established practices, we might meet less frequently like 1-2x/month or every few months. Let’s talk more about this during our initial meeting.

  • Single Session: $125

    Monthly Auto-Pay (20% off/session)

    x1 session/week $400/mo

    x2 sessions/week $800/mo

Folks on auto-pay receive priority scheduling and a guaranteed reoccurring time-slot.

Note: there’s a 3 month initial commitment required to sign up for regularly scheduled sessions

    10 Session Package: (10% off/session)

$1150 (you’ll have 12 months to use all 10 sessions)

  • I offer sessions adjusted rate to folks who would be unable to access this type of care otherwise. I ask folks to commit to 1x/weekly sessions for a minimum of 3 months at a rate of $200-400/month. Let’s talk more about this when we meet for an initial consultation.
