How does it work?

Start by booking a free initial 30-minute virtual session. This is time for us to get to know each other a little and for you to ask me questions. (I’ll ask you some too!) If we decide to move forward, we’ll talk logistics (scheduling, frequency, location, etc.). If we’re not a fit, I can still help you determine your next step.

  • Consistent practice is the cornerstone of skill development, injury prevention, and reaping the mental and emotional benefits that movement offers. Most clients prefer to meet 1-2 times per week. I typically recommend an initial commitment of 3 months to regular sessions. This allows you to experience the transformative power of consistent practice as it evolves over time. Those who benefit the most from this approach view it as a long-term journey rather than a quick fix. It's not uncommon for us to continue working together for a year or more.

  • Monthly Auto-Pay*

    x1 session/week $400/mo

    x2 sessions/week $800/mo

    Note: there’s a 3 month initial commitment required to sign up for monthly auto-pay

    Folks on auto-pay receive priority scheduling and a guaranteed reoccurring time-slot.

    10 Session Package:

    $1150 (you’ll have 12 months to use all 10 sessions)

  • I believe that this transformative work should be accessible to all who are committed to it, while also honoring my own capacity for coaching and financial sustainability.
    Sliding scale pricing is available upon request for individuals committed to training at least once a week for a minimum of three months, with rates ranging from $200 to $400 per month. Schedule a consultation to learn more about how we can work together within your means.
