5 Day Sleep Challenge, July 27-31
Are you struggling to recover from everything life is throwing your way right now?
Recovery is just as important as work, and sleep is the most important recovery tool you've got.
Stress and nerves before bed are real, especially now, and committing to big long term changes just doesn't seem realistic.
We get that, and we want to help.
That's why we're coming together for a 5 day sleep challenge with only ONE rule.
Turn your screens off 1 hour before bed.
Why screens off?
- Exposure to blue light before bed interrupts your circadian rhythm and suppresses the secretion of Melatonin. (harvard.edu)
- Plus, we know that social media is linked to increased anxiety and depression (Social Media Use and Depression and Anxiety Symptoms)
This challenge is FREE and open to all! Sign up below and you'll receive daily tips to improve your sleep hygiene. Add new elements to your before-bed routine every day, or pick and choose the things that resonate with you.
We'll use #sweetmochallenge on Instagram to support one another and share bedtime routine tips and tricks.
