21-Day Fitness Jump-Start We Guide You Every Step of the Way

Come train with us! Our next 21-Day Jump-start kicks off June 11.  All fitness levels, genders, body types and ages welcome.

Looking for a kinder, more compassionate fitness experience?

Ready to check out our small group training program, and make fitness a part of your routine? Take the first step by claiming a spot in our next 21-Day Jump-Start. You’ll work closely with our personal trainers while surrounded by a friendly, supportive community.

Functional strength and conditioning can empower you to participate in activities you love, manage stress, and make the biggest difference you can possibly make. That’s why we think it should be welcoming to everybody, not just a few. Our training style accommodates all fitness levels, and we welcome folks of all ages, body types, and genders.

Your Introductory Program

You'll learn the ins and outs of training at Sweet Mo at the end of the program, you'll be prepared to move into our small group training program with confidence!

  1. Fitness – 3 training sessions per week. Classes are 60 minutes long and are held on Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm and Sunday at 11am. Sessions are highly personalized and accessible to people of many different fitness levels and body types.
  2. Support – Our trainers will check in with you throughout the Jump Start to make sure you’re on track, feeling great, and getting the most out of your workouts.
  3. A Plan for the Future – What’s next? During the final week, we provide an opportunity for you to meet with a trainer so you can get some feedback about your individual progress, celebrate your successes, and make a plan for how to proceed once the introductory program is over.

Tuition: $297 (early bird pricing if you sign up before June 1), $360 after that

We cap this program at six participants so that everyone gets a ton of individualized attention and support every single class. Please register ASAP to make sure you get a spot!

Please note, this is a progressive program. Each class builds on the last. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for you to learn the material.
