A well-rounded fitness practice can empower you to participate in activities you love, manage stress, and make the biggest difference you can possibly make. That’s why we think it should be welcoming to everybody, not just a few. Our training style accommodates all fitness levels, and we welcome folks of all ages, body types, and genders.
Who is the Jump Start for?
- Anyone who needs a little boost and motivation to keep moving during this time.
- Anyone interested in learning what functional fitness actually is and how it can improve your overall movement mechanics (IE how it can impact every aspect of your life)!
- Anyone who wants structure and to know exactly what to do for fun, effective workouts.

Your Introductory Program
You'll learn the ins and outs of training at Sweet Mo at the end of the program, you'll be prepared to move onto any of our training programs with confidence and an established habit!
- Functional Fitness Classes – 2 LIVE virtual sessions per week. Classes are 60 minutes long and are held on Monday/Wednesday at 6:30am PST with Danielle Gray and are limited only to folks in the Jump Start. Sessions are highly personalized and accessible to people of many different fitness levels and body types.
- Learn proper technique for total body workouts that are fun and can be done at home! No equipment needed!
- Mobility and Mindfulness - 1 session/week. Participate in one of our Mobilize and Integrate classes each week. A well rounded movement practice is more than working out--learning to move slowly, connect with your breath, and the current state of your nervous system will translate into all aspects of your life--and make a big difference when you learn new exercises. Choose one class each week. Classes are offered Monday/Wednesday at 5pm PST or Saturday at 9am PST.
- Support – You'll have access to our 21 Day Jump Start Facebook group. A place to connect with our trainers and you Jump Start Cohort, and receive any support you need along the way. Plus, our trainers will check in with you individually throughout the Jump Start to make sure you’re on track, feeling great, and getting the most out of your workouts.
- All of the programming is yours to keep – You'll receive a recorded copy of each functional fitness class and an outline of each workout so you can do them later, or use them to refine your form after the Jump Start is over.

We cap this program at twelve participants so that everyone gets a ton of individualized attention and support every step of the way. Please register ASAP to make sure you get a spot!
Please note, this is a progressive program. Each class builds on the last. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for you to learn the material.
