Private training sessions are 30-minutes long. We create a custom program based on your goals and unique body. 

Often folks begin with one-on-one personal training and later switch to small group training. It depends on what they feel comfortable with. Some do a combination of both.

Sometimes it doesn't make sense to commit to 3+ months of personal training. With a class card, you have 3 months to use 5 or 10 sessions.*
