We are Sweet Momentum Fitness. We specialize in Speed and Agility training for youth soccer teams, ages 10-18. We deliver RESULTS. After just a couple months, you can expect:

We would love the opportunity to work with your team of young athletes.
Here’s how it works:
- Teams receive two hour-long sessions per week.
- The sessions can be scheduled before or after their regularly scheduled practices, or on separate days.
- Training occurs at your practice field.
- We will handle and manage enrollment of your athletes into the program (including enrollment paperwork, consent forms, and payment processing).
- Will send you, your team manager, and the parents WEEKLY updates on your athletes’ performance.
- The workouts will be customized to the needs of your team and adapted as they progress.
