This is the only gym I have felt included in and comfortable going to. It’s never about selling me something I don’t need. The people and atmosphere are one of the biggest reasons I have continued to work out.
I have exercised my whole life, but I have never been fitter or stronger since I started working with Sweet Mo. I love the workouts (even though I do a fair amount of moaning), and I really appreciate all the thought and creativity that goes into the training sessions. There is never a dull or easy moment! It is motivating to know that the trainers want us all to succeed no matter our reasons for being there. It makes getting out of bed for an early workout that much easier.
I was worried about feeling inadequate and not being able to keep up with everyone, but this really is an ego-free community of people who all just want the same thing, and I love that! If you have any doubt about finding a place to start training or gaining confidence to work out, look no further. I love starting my mornings early, being pushed hard, and knowing I can do it. Sweaty workouts are rad.
I’ve been very happy to continue on with the Sweet Mo crew post-challenge and look forward to the next year. Having been to various gyms over the years, this has definitely been my favorite experience and I’ll continue to recommend the space to all who might be interested. Thanks for all y’all do!
It’s so nice being with like-minded folks who are all about staying fit—or getting there—in a fun environment. I love being watched for my form, but it’s not overt—and the corrections are gentle and supportive. It’s so nice to work out with a trainer who is so passionate and caring. When I started training, I was recovering from knee surgery. I received all the attention and care I needed, and always got directed to the right exercise or modification as I got stronger. My biggest fear was boredom, but the sessions are NEVER boring, and workouts always go so fast! I really appreciate that I can have fun working out and still trust that someone is looking out for me and always being serious about my form, involvement, and outcomes.
I feel great after every training session – and the results just build and build! I’ve worked out with Sweet Mo for several years now and never been bored or disappointed with a workout.
I just completed the 21-Day Challenge with this awesome gym and I loved it! The support network was amazing, the food plan was super helpful for me as a first timer focusing on improving my nutrition, and the other people who showed up for workouts were all positive and wonderful. The 21-Day Challenge opened me up to what I can do and what I want and need to do to have the health I want for the rest of my life. I am impressed with the amount of personal attention each client gets through the Challenge. The exercise and nutrition guidelines are very well put together and easy to follow. I like the daily notes to stay inspired, motivated, and think about what eat. Now I sleep better, have no back pain, have looser clothes, and feel better and stronger all the time. This has brought balance and focus back to my life. Also, my toes are now easier to reach and I can do it pain free! Anyone can change their life and how they feel in their body in just 21 days. I tell people they HAVE to do this!
I went to yoga this evening and it was awesome. I felt totally stretched out afterwards. It was just what I needed after a great workout this morning at Sweet Mo. My sore muscles got a nice treat! I’ve already recommended this class to a friend.
I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s! I’ve gotten back into some clothes I hadn’t worn in years, gained back some much needed self-confidence, I have way more energy than I used to, and it keeps me sane with my busy schedule. Having a trainer is critical for me to stay successful because without someone there to push me, I would never push myself to see the results that I see when I work out at Sweet Mo. Having a trainer keeps me in the zone. This is definitely a life changer.
The 21-Day Challenge literally changed my life. Before I started, I was worried about how the workouts would be—whether I would find it hard to keep up with other people in the class since I was crazy out-of-shape. But I did it, and I got GREAT results: Lost a dress size! Enjoyed healthy foods! Better energy! Wildly improved self-esteem! Stopped drinking alcohol on a daily basis and realized it was a habit I could live without! All the trainers were so positive and attentive during the sessions, and I liked getting feedback on my nutrition every week. If you’re even considering doing the Challenge, just DO IT.
Luke and Beck are hands-down amazing. The workouts are killer and their positive encouragement and personal attention keep every minute both inspirational and doable. The 21 Day Challenge literally changed my life. Sweet Momentum is the BEST.
Great trainers! – knowledgeable and patient. I always leave feeling strong and energized. The workouts are perfectly tailored, which has helped me to heal and balance old injuries that have been nagging me for years. I am a chiropractor who specializes in rehab exercise. I know I can send any one of my patients to Sweet Mo, regardless of fitness level, with total confidence that they will be safe and well taken care of.
I’ve been in search for something different to challenge me to reach new fitness goals. This place is all inclusive. The class sizes are small which allows for personal attention. The trainers treat everyone as an individual. There may be a few things you are excelling in and other areas you need to focus on for safety due to an injury or recovery and these folks are there for you. They know when to push and they know when to help modify to keep you safe and healthy. The workouts are always different and your entire body is working. Overall better form and function is the overarching goal here. Everyone has an inner athlete waiting to experience better health, improved fitness levels, and better eating habits. We deserve to treat our bodies the best we can and this place empowers you to do just that.
I love Sweet Mo! I feel supported and welcome. I am pushed past my comfort zone, but in the best way possible. This is the ONLY exercise program I have ever enjoyed or stuck with.
Working with Sweet Mo put me back in touch with my athlete’s body and showed me that at 50 I can be strong, lean, flexible, and feel good inside my body. Luke is infectiously positive and his passion for what he does means that he approaches it with joy and determination. He’s creative, supportive, encouraging, and knows his clients can push themselves beyond what they believe is possible. Working with him is an ongoing process of coming to live inside my body with gratitude for all its strengths and possibilities rather than judgment for its perceived limitations and flaws. Best. Gym. Ever! Sweet Mo is by far the best and most supportive gym I’ve ever been to. I go twice a week for group training and twice a week for couples training. My boyfriend and I both feel so much stronger since starting. The trainers are both knowledgeable, supportive, and creative. They modify everything for people of all shapes and sizes and strength to support what you need. I would recommend Sweet Mo to anyone looking to step up their fitness!
My energy and motivation has sky-rocketed. I also have much more mental focus and energy for my business, which has consequently expanded since I started training at Sweet Mo. The trainers have a gift for recognizing each person’s unique strengths, abilities and challenges, which gives them super-power insight into developing the perfect personalized fitness plan for each individual. The workouts are creative, so there is never a boring day, but the best part is that they are FUN!! I come in with my stresses of daily life and leave with a big smile on my face. The workouts keep me on my toes, challenge me to push my limits, but are also grounded in a philosophy of caring for the body – deep stretching, resting, listening to the body, hydrating well, and eating mindfully. I have great respect for their approach of acknowledging the essential needs for overall balance and wellness within the training process. Before I started, I was nervous that I would not be able to keep up and that my knee would not cooperate and hurt too much. I was able to push through, keep my knee safe, and I feel elated at my success! My clothes fit better and I feel so motivated. I’m proud that I’ve created a really health habit. I really do appreciate how the workouts are masterminded to get the best results. The approach to fitness here is incredible, and the trainers have an obvious love of helping others achieve their goals. For anyone thinking about starting a fitness program, I would say, ‘Jump in! It will change everything. You owe it to yourself.
I started at Sweet Mo by signing up for a 21 Jump Start. Best decision I’ve made! The trainers are great – knowledgeable, attentive, and always engaging. Most importantly, they immerse themselves in your progress and they’re always there to help you throughout your journey with them. Best trainers ever!
I never thought that I would want to go to the gym MORE often than I am signed up to go, but with Sweet Mo I am hooked, and wish I could come every day! I was a strict non-exerciser before Sweet Mo, and I was pretty convinced that I would never be able to change, but my habits and attitude have totally changed thanks to you all!
I work out a lot on my own already, so I wondered if I would actually see significant results. I have definitely experienced a change of heart! I have better core strength, improved posture, increased energy, and a more ‘balanced’ feeling. Many muscles that were getting overlooked are now firing up. I love the compound exercises that work many muscles, the variety, and realizing progressions in strength. I appreciate my trainer’s empathy and sense of humor, but know that he is also committed to pushing me and progressing. This has helped me ‘round out’ my training to focus on the whole body, while still targeting certain areas (core, upper arms—which are the bane of middle-aged women!). I’ve accepted the fact that life is an endurance race, not a sprint. I want to make it to old age feeling healthy and able to move my body effectively. For me, this is part of the insurance program.
I questioned whether I’d be able to stick with a fitness program and avoid injuries in the course of training, but now I know that I definitely can. I’ve gotten huge value from training: better stamina, better back and knee health (less aches and pains, less compensation for weakness, many fewer ibuprofen), better mobility and flexibility, a little better sleep, and confidence in my ability to make permanent positive change. I feel that if I stick with this and continue to form new habits, it is going to make the next 20 years of my life a lot more enjoyable and rewarding. It was worth the investment of time and money—the accountability, a well thought out plan, variety of workouts, good vibe at the studio, and being pushed harder than I would push myself. Doing this with my wife also makes it a lot easier for us both.
Luke, Beck, and Paulie are highly inspiring and motivating trainers who genuinely care about each person they are working with in the sessions they lead. The community spirit of the work out sessions always provides that extra inspiration to push ourselves harder. Since I’ve been working out at Sweet Momentum I have more energy, feel more positivity and clarity mentally, and I work out more outside of Sweet Momentum as well because I have finally found that sweet spot about physical fitness.
