Individualized training designed to reach your goals
Our personal training sessions are 30 minutes of focused work. We create a custom program based on your preferences, goals, and unique body.
Often, folks will begin with one on one personal training and move into small group training when they’re ready and/or comfortable, or do a combination of both.
We have experience working with people with auto-immune diseases and other chronic conditions, folks recovering from injuries or surgery (during or after physical therapy), and folks at all stages of gender transition (including youth). We also love to work with folks coming to exercise for the first time, or coming back after a long time away.
Personal Training Program: 3 month initial commitment, switching to monthly auto-pay after that.
Class Cards: Sometimes it doesn’t make sense to commit to 3+ months of personal training. With a class card, you have 3 months to use 5 or 10 sessions.
5 session card: $225
10 session card: $450
