If nothing else, a little ab sizzle WILL for sure distract you, and sometimes that alone is golden. Watch the video for a brief tutorial, and then ab blast away!
Here’s the circuit:
- Fast Cross body Climbers x50
- Supine Alternating Knee Taps x40 total
- Bear Squats x30
- Rope Climb x20
- Squat Thrust x10
Rest 1 minute, then repeat.
Perform 2 rounds as a finisher, or 3-5 for a fast and effective total body workout.
