Sweet Momentum Fitness is a personal training studio for leaders, change-makers, and progressive professionals. Our community is made up of people of all different body-types, ability-levels, genders, and ages.
Small Group Training sessions are full body workouts designed to be scaled to many different fitness levels. Each session is coached by an attentive personal trainer who will help you tailor the workout to fit your needs. We cap the sessions at 6 participants so you receive guidance and support throughout the entire session. The best part of our small group training program is our powerful, passionate, and supportive community. Workout with some of the kindest and most forward-thinking humans in Portland.
Proper, intentional movement is far more important to us than flashy exercises or heavy weights. We focus on helping you connect to how your body feels at every stage of a workout, because that’s the key to smart, safe fitness gains.
Membership Options: 3 month initial commitment, switching to monthly auto-pay after that.
