Ready to join us? Take the first step by claiming a spot in our next 21 Day Jump Start. You’ll work closely with our expert trainers while surrounded by a friendly, supportive community.
This program is designed to support you in starting your fitness journey with our community. We believe that fitness can empower you to participate in activities you love, manage stress, and make the biggest difference you can possibly make.
Your Introductory Program
- FITNESS – 3 small group training sessions per week for 3 weeks (see schedule here). Sessions are highly personalized, accessible to people of all different fitness levels and body types, and includes a lot of variety so you never get bored.
- SUPPORT – Our trainers will check in with you throughout the Jump Start to make sure you’re on track, feeling great, and getting the most out of your workouts.
- A PLAN FOR THE FUTURE – What’s next? At the end of 21 days, we provide an opportunity for you to meet with a trainer, celebrate your successes, and make a plan for how to proceed now that the introductory program is over.
